Banana Raspberry Cake Slice… sooooooo scrumptious and great for any time of the day! Gluten totally free, not as well sweet, tangy, moist and all sorts of yum!! It’s terrific with a cup of tea or coffee and I just adore how simple it is to make!
200g mashed ripe banana
200g almond meal
60ml maple syrup
40ml coconut oil (melted)
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
1/two tsp ground cinnamon
1/two cup frozen raspberries
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1. Preheat oven at 160 degrees celsius.
two. Add all components (except for raspberries and coconut sugar) to a bowl and mix properly to combine.
three. Line a baking tray (21cm x 21cm) with baking paper and pour in the mixture. Sprinkle with raspberries and coconut sugar.
four. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
five. Let cool on cooling rack.
six. Reduce into 9 slices and love this scrumptious treat
