Truly, let me back up. The accurate origin of Thanksgiving is truly super problematic, but for the purposes of today’s conversation, I will be focusing on the vacation as a time through which mates and household come collectively and break bread.
…Which truly presents a different issue for me personally. About a year and a half ago, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune illness– a story for a different day.
