SWEET POTATO HUMMUS RECIPE
A yummy rosemary-infused hummus.
1 tiny to medium sweet potato, peeled and reduce into 1-inch cubes
½ can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
two tablespoons olive oil
1 garlic clove, crushed
sea salt and black pepper (to taste)
1 stalk of fresh rosemary
1. Boil sweet potato on a stove best till tender, then get rid of from pot.
two. In a pan add olive oil to heat, add chickpeas, sweet potato, salt and pepper and rosemary.
three. Lightly cook till golden, then get rid of from heat.
four. Enable components to cool, then transfer to a meals processor and blend till smooth.
