This is not the happiest of Sundays in Melbourne. I reside in a bubble in the inner North of Melbourne exactly where the majority of men and women care about the very same factors I do: taking care of each and every other, the properly-getting of these much less fortunate and our planet.

Day five: Middle Eastern Meatballs with Hummus, you can use any meatball with these even vegetarian

Strategy B

Day 1: Vegetarian Khoa Soi Style Soup, yummy and rapid noodle soup.

Day two: Silken Tofu with Spicy mushroom sauce, this is like vegan ma Po tofu

Day three:Pumpkin and Spinach Skillet Lasagne with Basil Vinaigrette, no intricate layering right here, just scrumptious tumbles of flavour.

Day four: Cauliflower and Potato Massaman Curry, you can use sweet potato or the standard white assortment, each are yum!

Day five: Moroccan Spiced Chickpea and Tomato Soup. Two soups in one particular week? Entirely acceptable when they taste this superior.

And the ultimate comfort meals: homemade chocolate.
