INGREDIENTS
1lb salmon filet
1 tbsp. honey
three cloves garlic, minced
Sea salt to style
Freshly cracked black pepper to style
 
DIRECTIONS 
Oven: Preheat oven to 400 levels. Line a baking sheet with foil or a silicone-baking mat. Place salmon, pores and skin facet down, on the lined baking sheet. Unfold evenly with honey. Sprinkle evenly with garlic. Season to style with sea salt and pepper.
Bake salmon 7-10 minutes (longer for thicker filet).
Now, activate broiler. Place salmon below broiler 5-7 minutes or till salmon reaches desired doneness on the within and golden on exterior.
Divide into parts and serve
Grill: Use a cedar plank. Flip grill to medium warmth. Cowl and grill about 5-7 minutes, relying on thickness of your salmon.
