Berry Berry Lettuce Wraps
8-12 butter/Bibb lettuce leaves
1 cup blackberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup diced peaches

Creamy Sauce:
¼ cup Lemon Fig Fresca sheep’s milk cheese
¼ cup contemporary buttermilk
1 tablespoon native honey
1 tablespoon Strawberry-Lavender Shrub/vinegar
Zest from one lemon
1 cup pecans, toasted

Add fruit to a big bowl.

In a smaller mixing bowl, whisk collectively sheeps cheese, buttermilk, honey, lemon juice, shrub/vinegar and lemon zest till easy. Add combination to fruit and gently fold collectively till effectively mixed. Spoon desired quantity of filling into lettuce leaves and sprinkle with toasted nuts. Finest if served instantly.

Contemporary from the farmer’s market!  We made some scrumptious berry stuffed lettuce wraps on the Peachtree Highway Farmer’s Market on Saturday morning and used all issues contemporary from the market!  Berries, peaches, sheep’s cheese, buttermilk, honey, pecans, and a scrumptious strawberry lavender shrub all put in a bit of patch of lettuce greens and topped with some Georgia pecans!  Wholesome and scrumptious is the easiest way to start out the day!
