My Recent Cranberry Sauce is a superb and simple option to make cranberry sauce for the vacations.  Skip that canned jellied stuff from the shop.  Who is aware of what’s in that thriller jelly anyway.  This recipe is recent and oh so scrumptious, plus naturally dairy and gluten free.

 

I make this  cranberry sauce yearly for Thanksgiving – a giant batch of it!   It’s wonderful after Thanksgiving as a topping on cereal or oatmeal.  It may be  made a number of days forward and the nuts could be omitted if allergic to nuts .

 

 

Substances:

 

2 kilos recent cranberries, washed

2 giant oranges- discard seeds

½ cup brown sugar or extra to style

½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans

 

 

 

Instructions:

 

1.   Mix cranberries and oranges, with some rind, in a meals processor and course of till nonetheless chunky.

 

2.   Pour right into a bowl and fold in brown sugar. Combine till properly mixed.  style and add extra sugar if wanted. Chill earlier than serving.
