Are you after a wholesome NO EGG, NO DAIRY, NATURALLY SWEETENED tasty Banana Bread on your child 6 months previous+ and entire household, effectively right here you go! - 210 grams self elevating flour
- 1x tsp baking powder
- 1/2x tsp cinnamon
- approx 5 x over ripe massive bananas (whole of 387 grams) (tip: the extra over-ripe/black the bananas are the sweeter the loaf!)
- 50 grams olive oil
- 2x tbsp flaxseed meal
- Step 1 Preheat oven 170 levels celsius. Put together a floured (or line with baking paper) 11cm extensive tin loaf (23cm lengthy).
- Step 2 In a bowl, mash all over-ripe bananas till easy. Then combine within the olive oil and flaxseed meal. Fold by way of the dry components – flour, baking powder, cinnamon into the moist combination bowl till mixed.
- Step 3 Pour combined batter into the ready 11cm tin loaf. Guarantee your tin loaf isn’t too small else the banana bread is not going to fully cook dinner. Place the tin into the center of the oven for approx 40-45 minutes, till the centre is cooked.
