Add some enjoyable to your child’s afternoon snack.
Megan’s DEVOURED this snack. It was the proper candy, salty and crunchy combo that was additionally filled with fiber, protein and fats (the three key vitamins for conserving our our bodies full and our blood sugar extra regulated).
To make the yogurt dip, mix:
- 1 cup of full fats plain Greek yogurt
- 1 T peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- maple syrup or different sweetener if desired, to style (omit for infants).
